When to go?
The temperature in the Maldives is stable around 30ºC year-round.
However, January to April is considered "high-season" for Maldives travel. In this time frame, your chances for clear sky, calm sea and great snorkelling visibility are at its highest!
Between May and October, the Maldives experience monsoon season. Chances of rain are higher during this period, but it's also the best time for great prices!
Do I need a Visa?
Visa policy on the Maldives depends on you nationality.
For most nationalities, travellers do not need a pre-aproval for the visa and may get immigration clearance upon arrival.
